many scholars are still debating what to classify radishorses as. yes, they are plants. but they do run and move on their own as soon as they're unearthed from the dirt. but... they don't seen to be sentient at all; all they do is run in one direction until they're physically unable to keep going for any reason.

- they're quite popular both as a food, as a subject of art, and as an insult for particularily hard-headed people.
- they're particularily popular in the north-eastern areas of teres, often as mascots for sports teams and such.
- as the little fellows grow with their back end pointing up, the phrase "gone ass-up like a radishorse" is quite popular for when things go awry; though, comparing someone's ability at running is considered a compliment.
