a mysterious tower in the south-eastern flatlands of teres. it's far from most settlements in the area, standing alone in a clearing. there's no recorded history of it in any of those settlements, with no one knowing how or why it was built. despite its at-a-glance unpleasant appearance, many people who have visited the spire find it comforting and peaceful.
